I've had to update my review as a repeat customer who has recommended this service to reliable customers. A price was given in advance to install two doors. On the day of carrying out the work after completion of most of the work I was told the price quoted for both doors was for each door. Whilst moving one of the doors he broke my double glazed window. I paid him the the work carried out in full on the day dispite the damage. He agreed to return to replace the damaged window. He never did. He also partially removed the window frame leaving my property vulnerable to break in. I informed him about. He never returned. I paid £186 to replace the damaged window. I have called many times, emailed. They/he have refused to refund the £186. I will never use them again. I provided 6 door hinges for the two doors. He used 4 and stole the remaining two to use on another job. He took ( with permission) one of my old doors to install in another customers property, using the two hinges he stole. When challenged he said there were only 4 hinges provided. My door needed 3 hinges, he used two. Greedy, people, poor work on the doors. If you don't have the skills to do the work don't pretend you do. Lack of integrity.

Not only great craftsman, also thoroughly polite. We enjoy the help round the house enormously and there is never a mess or an issue after. Cannot recommend enough.
