I had a lot of problems with my conservatory, I.e cracked walls and dropped floor. I contacted RCB Design & Build, could not have chosen a better company. They were so helpful, explaining and outlining the reasons for my problem. They completely rebuilt from the base upwards, very hardworking, friendly and professional. Anca was on hand to oversee the progress of work and answer any questions I may have had. I can thoroughly and truly recommend this company for any kind of building work.

From start to finish, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The team is incredibly thorough—every detail of the quote was clearly explained, giving us full confidence there’d be no surprise costs. The workmanship is excellent, and the quality of the finish shows how much they care. Anca (our project manager and co-owner along with her husband) regularly check in to ensure everything runs smoothly. Even with a toddler, the mess was minimal! We’re already planning to have them do the rest of the house!

We built a side return extension onto our Victorian house with RCB. From the first moment I spoke to the team I was reassured that they were interested in doing a good job. They are transparent with their charges. Vasi and the team really care about what your preferences are, they take feedback and care about their build quality. Unlike other builders the team on your site are focussed only only your project, rather than trying to balance a few at the same time. They are honest - Vasi realised at one point the build hadn't quite met the building regs requirements and he ensured that this was rectified immediately. They have been responsive at snagging. We have been really happy with our side return and are pleased to recommend them.

RCBS were successful in tendering for their Project Management Services on this job. Within a few days of their instruction they had overseen the speedy organisation of scaffolding and the builders were quick to start. We had a few miscommunications at the beginning but have successfully resolved these. Florin, the contracts manager, is organised and thorough and very personable. The trades seem to respect him. The work has been very well organised, they have prints of the plans on site and we have been updated frequently with progress photos at the end of each week. The site is tidy and organised which usually means for skilled teams and we have not been disappointed. Workmanship has been to a very high standard and site security is excellent with CCTV and securely blocked ladders when the site is not in use. Building Control have also been impressed with their work and the tidiness of the site. I would be glad to use them again.

We used RCB group five years ago for a full renovation of the property, everything from re-wiring and plumbing to , replacing bathrooms , kitchen install , flooring and decoration. The work was done on time and within our budget, Vasi was always very communicative and delivered to our standards. Five years on the quality of the work is stood the test of time. They are our first point of contact for our next project and would Highly recommend them.
