Provision Construction Ltd

We recently completed major renovations in our home while still living in it, and the experience with Provision Construction (Maninder) was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team was thorough, friendly, and incredibly accommodating throughout the process. They took the time to understand our specific needs and met them to the tee. Despite the scale of the work, they operated thoughtfully and swiftly, always mindful of our family’s comfort and routine. We also really appreciated their practical suggestions and sensible alternatives along the way—they clearly think beyond just “getting the job done” and genuinely care about delivering the best outcome for the client. We strongly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality craftsmanship paired with excellent customer care.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen extension. From start to finish, the work was carried out to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and professionalism. Communication throughout the project was clear and honest, and the team always kept us updated on progress. They were reliable, tidy, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. We’re really impressed with the quality of the finish, and the space has completely transformed our home. We would highly recommend provision construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled builder

I am extremely pleased with the quality of work done in my bathroom by Provision Construction Company. From the very start, their team demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and a strong commitment to delivering the project on time and within budget. The workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail and adherence to safety standards throughout. The team was punctual, respectful, and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns I had along the way. What stood out most was their ability to combine efficiency with high-quality finishes, ensuring the end result not only met but exceeded my expectations. I would confidently recommend Provision Construction Company to anyone seeking reliable, skilled, and trustworthy construction services.

A single rear extension was built in 3 months complete with new toilet and kitchen. Mani and his team did an amazing job and we are very happy with the end results. I can only say positive things about Mani. His team are very hard working, being prompt every morning and sometimes working past their schedule, Mani himself is very polite, considerate and went out of his way to ensure we were happy along the way. The cost was reasonable and upfront with no hidden costs or charges which meant we were able to stick to our budget. Would highly recommend.

Single storey 30 sq mtr rear extension - Overall I am happy with the how the extension turned out. Maninderdeep is very pleasant to work with, his communication is very good, is very approachable - I was able to ask questions throughout the process. Importantly, he had good communication with building control, making the bookings and attending to site inspections as needed. Couple of things to highlight how hard working and diligent the team were: We do not have direct access to our front garden so any materials and site clearance had to be carried across a public pathway and green space. There were no complaints about this, just a positive can-do attitude to get the job done. The job was complete in roughly 3.5 months through persistent winter rain. As above, this wasn't easy when it came carrying materials and for site clearance. The team also showed good flexibility. I added some extra work along the way and the were able to accommodate this at a fair price. Quality of workmanship was good. Few hiccups along the way which can happen on any build but you can be very open with the team and they would rectify as needed. Price wise - I found them to be mid-range from all the quotes I received which is fair for the quality of their work and how efficient they were. I will definitely be using Provision for future planned works. Thank you to Maninderdeep and the team !
