Vincent is so responsive if I have to get him out to check my boiler. He's extremely thorough and is expert in his profession. I recently had an issue. No hot water or heating. Vincent attended to check it out very promptly which was hugely appreciated. The problem sorted and boiler working perfectly.

Vincent had beed very helpful by giving us early appointment and fixing our Vaillant Boiler. He is respectful and trustworthy and we would definately acquire his services in future.

Vincent is absolutely excellent. It is wonderful to meet someone who is both so personable and so knowledgeable. He repaired a problem with our boiler within a day of my contacting him for the first time, and followed this up with a phone call the next day to check that all was well. We are most impressed and will definitely contact him again without hesitation.

Had new boiler installed 1 year ago by Vincent with no problems. Very good 1 day install with minimal interruption. Recommended installer.

Very quick to respond to my initial problem of a leaking kitchen sink tap. Was unable to fix on first visit but went extra mile to source a new kitchen tap and then revisit within 24 hours to fit it. Would recommend.
