Propertize Construction

We were introduced to Aamer and his company through Bathrooms by Design, and from our very first meeting we felt confident we were in good hands. Aamer was diligent, collaborative, and clearly very experienced, taking the time to understand the project and talk through the details with us. Throughout the renovation he was extremely communicative and organised. He coordinated all of the different contractors required for the work, which made the whole process much easier for us. He also helped with additional jobs beyond the bathroom itself, which was incredibly helpful and showed how committed he was to making the overall project a success. Aamer was always clear and transparent about costs and timelines, and he ultimately completed the work on time and on budget. The finished bathroom looks fantastic, the design feels really luxurious and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. We’re absolutely delighted with the result and would 100% recommend working with Aamer.

We worked with Propertize Design & Build on a full renovation of our house in Barnes, including the creation of four luxury bathrooms, a new kitchen, a loft conversion and a garden outbuilding. Aamer and the team managed the entire design and build process, from the early planning stages through to completion, and the project was delivered to a very high standard. The luxury bathrooms and kitchen in particular have been finished beautifully, with great attention to detail. We would highly recommend Propertize to anyone looking for a reliable design and build company in Barnes or SW London for high-quality renovations and luxury bathrooms.

Really pleased with the work. Changed a bathroom into a shower room and all was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to make sure the rest of the flat was kept clean and the team went out of their way to minimise disruption given this was our only toilet in the flat. Also appreciated the honestly on pricing from the outset, very clear throughout on any extras we would need to cover. Amir was excellent at coordinating all parties as the job required plumbers, electricians, plasterers and decorators and it all seemed to work seamlessly with the different trade people. 100% will use again!

Had a bathroom renovated to a shower room and I'm so glad I used this company. Care was taken with my property, carpet protector in the house and floor protector sheets in the garage which they used for storage. A survey and price was given immediately and I felt confident I would get a thorough job. Everything went smoothly, fitters workmanship was exemplary. The whole team were polite, competent and knowledgeable. Great experience, fantastic shower room and a very happy customer. Will definitely use them again. Thank you so much.

I hired this company for a turnkey renovation of two bathrooms. Within 8 days of completion, one bathroom developed a serious leak that damaged the ceiling below. The second bathroom was left with multiple finishing defects. The job was later assessed by two independent inspectors from a London firm, and both concluded the leak was caused by poor installation and inappropriate materials used in the build-up. Attendance on site was inconsistent and supervision appeared limited. Based on my experience and the inspection findings, I would not recommend using this company.
