Prime Builders London Ltd

I would highly recommend Robert and his team of builders. We used them in the new year to repair some faulty building work that was causing dampness in your house. His team both solved the problem and beautifully redecorated the damaged wall. They arrived promptly, worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. We’ll definitely call on your services again!

We worked with Robert and his team recently and we couldn’t be more happy with their work. Very precise, reliable, smooth communication throughout the renovation. Thank you for your hard work!

Robert and his team did a fantastic job on our bifold doors, skylights and garden. They completely transformed our house and we couldn't be more happy with the work. The team is also highly professional and a pleasure to have in the house. I would highly recommend this company.

We had work done by Prime Builders and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was professional, smooth, and exceeded my expectations.  They demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout the project. They were always punctual, respectful, and communicative. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and they kept me informed at every stage of the process. The quality of work provided was exceptional. We had carpentry (build in wardrobes) done, we had roof repair, decorating painting, all great.   One of the things that impressed me most was their commitment to deadlines. The project was completed on time, with no unexpected delays. Communication was clear and consistent. Robert made sure I was aware of all the options and decisions that needed to be made. They were transparent about costs and timelines, which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Prime Builders to anyone looking for a reliable and professional builder. The end result was exactly what I had envisioned, if not better. I will definitely be using their services again for any future projects.

We chose Local Builders For You for a side return extension and full internal renovation of our-mid terraced house in East London, including layout changes, plumbing and rewiring, with our project running from Jan-June 2022. We chose to go with Robert and his team on the recommendation of a neighbour, and we have been delighted with the work. Having spoken to a few builders initially, we found Robert very calm, fair and easy to communicate with from the start, which was important to us. Most importantly, we are very pleased with the high quality of the build - foreman Norbert and his team all take great care with their work with no shortcuts taken, ensuring a lasting quality finish that looks fantastic. Subcontractors (plumber, electrician and tiler) were all highly skilled and six months on from the completion of our build, we have had remarkably little snagging. They are an efficient team, maximising time on site to get things done in a logical order. They were also pleasant and polite to have around while we were living in their building site! Communication with both Robert and Norbert was excellent throughout, with clear breakdowns of the scope to ensure understanding of the agreement on both sides. Any negotiation was fair and friendly. Norbert was always around and Robert was readily available if we had anything to discuss. They also had useful suggestions of different or improved approaches to some things, helping to speed things up, give better longevity or improve cost effectiveness. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Local Builders For You, and would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend them.
