North Star Building Solutions Limited

North Star Building Solutions have just completed a full renovation of our four‑bedroom home along with a single‑storey extension, and the result is exceptional. Leo and his team bring a level of organisation and professionalism that immediately puts you at ease. Every trade worked smoothly together, timelines were met, and the site was always kept tidy. They handled unexpected challenges calmly and kept us updated throughout, which made the whole project far less stressful. The quality of the finish is superb. The extension has completely changed the flow of the house, giving us a bright, open space that feels made for modern living. The renovation work inside is just as impressive clean lines, solid workmanship, and attention to detail everywhere you look. If you’re looking for a building team who deliver exactly what they promise and then some North Star are an easy recommendation. We’d happily use them again.

We recently completed a full ground floor renovation and a single-storey extension with Northstar Builders, and we couldn’t be happier with Leo, Ergi, and the rest of the team! Even before the project started, Leo visited the house multiple times and worked closely with us to make sure the final result matched our vision. Throughout the entire build, the team were always on time, worked incredibly hard, and were very respectful of both our neighbours and the fact that we stayed in the property for most of the project. The level of detail and finishing touches were fantastic, there’s honestly nothing we would change. We’re hoping to do some additional work on the first floor in the future, and we’ll be contacting Leo and his team straight away. We’d highly recommend Northstar Builders to anyone looking to renovate or extend their home!

We recently completed a major refurbishment with Leo, Elidon and the team at Northstar Builders, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. We took on a massive project—a garage conversion, a full extension, complete rewiring, and brand-new kitchen and bathrooms. We were referred to them by a friend, and from day one they were a pleasure to deal with. They are incredibly friendly and, most importantly, communicative. They would send daily updates with pictures which really helped understanding where we were in the project. One of the most impressive things was the timeline: we started in July, and they had us finished before Christmas, exactly as they had predicted at the start. Any minor slowdowns we hit were down to third-party suppliers, but Leo and Elidon managed those hurdles efficiently and kept things moving. They were always willing to accommodate our needs and changes as the build progressed and they worked well with complex 3rd party suppliers such as for Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels, Sprinkler systems, windows and Resin flooring. Large projects are naturally stressful, but having a team that is this reliable and easy to talk to made all the difference. If you're looking for a team you can actually trust with your home I would be very comfortable recommending Leo, Elidon and the team.

We’ve known Leo, Director of North Star Building Solutions, for around 5 years. When we bought our house, we didn’t have the budget to do everything in one go, so Leo worked with us in stages. First, he and his team renovated the kitchen and bathrooms, installed a new boiler, new plumbing, new electrics, new flooring, painting and a full ground floor refurbishment. This year, they came back to complete the external works, including silicone rendering and a new roof. The transformation has been incredible; our house now stands out from the rest of the street, looking brand new and finished to perfection. The quality of the work is on another level. The most important thing for us was trust. We were able to give Leo the keys and even go away on holiday. When we returned, everything was completed to the highest standard and the house was spotless. I would highly recommend North Star Building Solutions to any customer. They deliver trust, loyalty, respect and high-end finishes every time. I cannot praise Leo and his whole team enough. Thank you, and God bless Leo and all the North Star team.

We had an excellent experience with North Star Building Solutions Limited from start to finish. The team was professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in their work. Communication was fantastic throughout the project — they kept us updated at every stage and made sure we understood all our options before moving forward. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Everything was completed on time, within budget, and to a very high standard. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and the care they showed in making sure the final result was exactly what we wanted. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and outstanding customer service the way North Star does. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for building solutions, and we’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.
