Mez Construction UK Ltd

My Review of Mez Construction From the very first meeting with the owner, Mithu, I knew Mez Construction was the right choice for us. He was interested, straight talking, polite, and genuinely listens. I connected with him instantly. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he wasn’t afraid to give his opinion when I was unsure about certain decisions. Out of all the contractors I met, he was the only one who came back with a detailed quote that truly reflected our site meeting and survey and what we wanted. Another point that gave me real reassurance was knowing he has a high street office, somewhere you can physically go to if ever needed to speak to, he would always be present. With a young family of three girls, it was important to me that the build sequence was planned in a specific way to keep everything safe, manageable, and as stress free as possible. Mithu fully understood this, scoped it properly, agreed to it, and had it written into the contract. On top of that, I had a handshake from Mithu himself, which genuinely reassured me everything would be fine and that meant a lot to me. Once the work began, everything was spot on from day one. Communication was excellent, the site setup was professional, and safety was clearly a top priority. The hoarding was spotless, and I had numerous people comment on how tidy and well presented the site looked. Behind the scenes, Mez Construction are extremely well organised. They have a strong network of trusted suppliers for materials, advice, and supply and install options. We ended up using around 95% of them, which made the whole process far easier. A big credit to Mitz and Sandip for the electrical and plumbing works! 10/10. The on site team were exactly what you would hope for: polite, quiet, hardworking, and always considerate of noise, dust, and our neighbours. A sincere thank you to everyone who worked at our home you all were excellent and a joy to be around with. We did have some good laughs together! A few people deserve a special mention: Kieran – an absolute star. Always there at the drop of a hat, nothing was ever too much trouble. Reliable, honest, great to have around, and with a great sense of humour. Sachin – incredibly polite and helpful. He regularly popped by to check we were okay and to make sure everything was tidy, safe, and running smoothly. Always arrived with his big shiny smile. Amisha – brilliant. Had I known how valuable her input would be, I would have brought her in from day one. Ultra professional and extremely knowledgeable, especially when it came to layouts and M&E. She helped us solve layout issues we had been scratching our heads over. Jaleel from accounts – very polite and extremely professional. Always clear, patient, and thorough when confirming details. And finally, Mithu, the gent! A massive massive thank you to you! You built our new home, and our girls are so happy in it. You have created a great business and a fantastic team. From me, my partner, and our girls, thank you Mithu for everything you have done for us. You have been a true gentleman throughout. We genuinely wish you and your team every bit of success in the future. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mez Construction to anyone! PS You are always welcome to pop round so don’t be strangers, after all its sort of your house as well! Haha! Best of luck guys!

Mez has done a superb job for our house renovation and extension. Everyone is friendly and attentive on all our inquiries especially Mithu who is always have an ear to listen and he makes sure all works are done well. The team are very helpful in getting me the suppliers for the 2nd fixtures. There are challenges along the way but managed to resolve it. They have transformed our house into a cosy and modern one. I am happy to recommend them which I did already.

Another successful project at Lenelby Road, Surbiton, KT6 7BG, and I’m extremely pleased with the work carried out by Mez Contractors UK Ltd. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results truly stand out. A special thanks to Nik, whose input, guidance, and hands-on support made a huge difference throughout the project. His proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile were invaluable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Mez delivered our extension to the agreed budget and to an excellent standard. Their teams were friendly and hard working and the senior team were very responsive and communicative. They've transformed our home to somewhere we're hugely happy with. From the very beginning we had helpful discussions about materials and budgets that no other builder took the time to do so we felt like we were really getting value for money. During the build we had a totally unexpected issue that took a while to resolve but Mez were right there with us helping us find a solution and they were back on site as soon as works could resume. The support and guidance we got from Mez was exceptional throughout and we're very grateful to them for that and the high quality finish to the works. We've already recommended them to family and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
