Made Simple

I met Brayan, the owner of Made Construction Simple, in April this year. I had appointments with several building companies on the same day, but Brayan immediately stood out with his friendly, approachable manner. He spoke less and listened more, offering thoughtful suggestions and ideas without ever being pushy or overbearing. I liked him right away and chose to move forward with him and his team, who, like Brayan, are polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Brayan and his team completed a full property renovation for me, from start to finish. The entire place was stripped back and rebuilt using high-quality materials, and the results speak for themselves. They did an excellent job! The kitchen looks amazing, and the bathroom has been beautifully finished. Brayan is a highly skilled builder who clearly works with a solid and reliable team. As with any major project, there were some complications along the way, but Brayan was always accommodating, and we worked through everything together. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and definitely pushed Brayan and his team to deliver the best possible results, and they delivered. From my experience, the key to a successful renovation is having a clear end vision, setting expectations early on, and staying involved throughout the process to maintain the quality you're aiming for. Brayan made that process smooth and collaborative. He’s also extremely fair and transparent when it comes to pricing, which I really appreciated. Brayan is a genuinely nice person and was a pleasure to work with. I’m very grateful to him and his team for the work they’ve done, and I would recommend Made Construction Simple to anyone considering a property renovation.

Stiven recently completed fitting works in our flat, and we were genuinely impressed. He was professional, communicative, and respectful of our space throughout the project. The quality of his work is clear in the details, and the flat feels noticeably improved because of it. We’re very pleased with the result and would confidently recommend Stiven to others.

I’ve known Brayan Stiven for years, and he’s always been reliable, skilled, and easy to deal with. He recently helped me with various interior work around my flat, all completed to a high standard as expected. I would definitely recommend him to others.

We have had the pleasure of working with Brayan on several projects over the last few years. We recently undertook a full refurbishment of our flat that included a new bathroom, floors/carpets, electricals, and decorating and Brayan’s team were professional, hard working, and adaptable throughout the process. We’re really pleased with the results and the overall services provided. One thing I really value is his ability to interpret my end goal and work with me to realise it. He’ll propose and consult various solutions in a language I understand. Their fair and clear pricing also makes the process more straightforward. I trust these guys and would highly recommend them to the community.

Thank you to Brayan and his team for creating my dream staircase! The team were professional, dedicated and reliable. I can’t wait to use their services again in the future.
