We had a very bad experience with Abdul and would NOT recommend this company to anyone. He attended to assess our boiler when it stopped working and showed a clear lack of understanding of the issue. He claimed that multiple parts needed replacing and said they would need to be ordered. Luckily, we sought a second opinion directly from the boiler manufacturer, who identified no major faults, nothing needed to be replaced and resolved the issue within ten minutes. This was a complete waste of our time and money and made it all very stressful. Please AVOID this company. We considered not writing this review as obviously the company will know where we live and after our experience we didn’t feel comfortable at all but we can’t allow anyone else to have the same experience we did.

Great service, came out on a Saturday at short notice and fixed my gas supply issue. So grateful to you Abdul and will definitely book you again!

Abdul tended to an emergency issue with my hearing and came and fixed it on Saturday morning. I thoroughly recommend him to everyone.
