LOR Build

We recently used LOR Build to renovate our family bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the result. With two small children, speed and efficiency were key and they absolutely delivered. The work was completed quickly without compromising on quality, which made a huge difference to our daily routine. They were incredibly dependable and honest throughout the entire process. Their knowledge and expertise really stood out - they quickly identified the source of a long-standing leak and resolved it with minimal disruption or damage. They were also easy to contact throughout the day and always kept us informed, which gave us real peace of mind. The outcome is exactly what we hoped for and more. We’ve already recommended LOR Build to our neighbour, who is now using them for a garden revamp, and we’ll absolutely be calling on them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

We had our bathroom completely redone by Cyrus and Vahid - a full strip-out including all new plumbing and installation of a new suite. They provided a fair and competitive quote, stuck to the agreed budget, and finished everything on time. They were also great problem-solvers, whenever issues came up (functional and practical dilemmas), they took the time to explain the options and propose smart solutions. The end result is a beautifully finished bathroom, equipped with underfloor heating, marble tiles, and Lusso Stone hardware. The quality of their work and attention to detail are excellent. We’re really pleased with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cyrus, Vahid and LOR Build to anyone looking for reliable and skilled tradespeople.

Cyrus and his brother Just finished our gardening project. Removing old slabs and replacing with new ones. We also purchased a pergola, which they installed for us. Working with the guys was an absolute pleasure and whole experience was pain free. They started a couple of days before they had promised and finished as planned. They were professional, tidy and reliable throughout the whole duration. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Well done guys, very happy with the end result.

Builder's we could completely trust. Hamid and his brother did an exceptionally good job building and installing an ensuite for us. They listened well to exactly what we wanted, gave helpful advice, and delivered the build all on time to a high standard. We'd definitely use them again for any building work.

Cyrus and his brother did a phenomenal job with tiling our front steps. We couldn’t be happier. The before and after say it all!!
