Lian Construction

I found Lian through Google to fix two issues: the fence fittings and a leakage problem between the bathtub and the wall. He is very honest and reliable, and he provided clear and practical ideas. Most importantly, he completed the work exactly on time as promised. I highly recommend him. As shown in my bathroom photos, the small tiles had caused leaks in the middle area after years of use. Lian suggested the tiles-on-tiles method, which turned out to be a simple and very effective solution. After two months of use, there has been no leakage at all. I am truly very satisfied with his work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m extremely happy with the work done on my kitchen walls. This is the same builder who previously worked on my house flooring, and once again he did an excellent job. He is very professional, reliable, and pays great attention to detail. The kitchen walls were finished to a very high standard, clean, smooth, and exactly as promised. He worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and communicated clearly throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone you can trust for multiple projects, but I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation and will definitely use his services again in the future.

We initially hired Lani to install a new garden fence (found him on a local recommendations Facebook page). Within hours he had provided a quote that was very competitive and a couple of days later the fence was installed (to a very high standard). We needed some additional works so decided to ask Lani to quote for these. New partition wall to divide lounge and dining room…as well as a new bathroom entire refit and shower installation in second bathroom. Again very competitive quote was followed by timely work done over the course of two weeks. Lani is on time every day and worked 8-9 hours nonstop (one day he went to 12 hours to finish his task for the day). A gifted craftsman and trustworthy visitor to our home. Highly recommend to anyone and Lani’s skill set seems to have no boundaries.

Lani was recommended to me by a neighbour whose flat Lani had re-decorated. When I contacted Lani about some work I needed doing, he came around straight away to view the work, provided a quote the next day and started the work within 2 weeks. I asked Lani to completely re-decorate our flat and also to remove old gas flue pipe boxing running through the main bedroom at ceiling level. All this work was executed to a very high standard. When doing this work, he discovered a leaking toilet cistern and shower floor tiles that needed lifting and regrouting. He provided a further quote for this remedial work and carried this out very promptly. Nothing was too much for him and he very kindly also fitted new mastic around the bath, a new plastic seal on the shower door and a hook on the bathroom door at no extra cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lani; he is hard working, honest and reliable. I
