Lanes Heating

Very happy with a quick and efficient service. Needed a new boiler on Monday evening and new bosch boiler fitted by lunch Wednesday. Can't get better than that.

I just wanted to say I've used Chris for several maintenance and repair jobs in my new home. He's always reliable, prompt, polite and tidy. There's no job too small and his prices are extremely competitive. Most recently he fixed my downstairs toilet and discovered it wasn't even screwed in to the floor! I certainly won't be going elsewhere in the future and can't recommend him highly enough!

I had previously used Lanes Heating for a boiler service in my old property. Chris found a couple of issues that he needed to fix to make it compliant with new regs and he did that on the day. I’ve just recently had him back at our new house for the same but this time we decided to replace the old boiler. I expected to have to wait a week at least but he managed to get the new boiler ordered on the Thursday and it was installed on the Monday. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Lanes for any job within his remit.

Chris has been extremely helpful over the last year as our boiler slowly died, with same-day visits to repair it when it stopped working. He replaced it for us recently with a quick turnaround and no fuss. No problems since. Highly recommended.

Chris recently installed and fitted a new combi boiler system to replace my old conventional set-up. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and has done a great job. Fully recommend.
