Klisman Construction Ltd

Planning a loft conversion i was looking for a trusted builder for a while. Klisman was recommended by our neighbours, it was an excellent choice! The project moved very fast and his deep knowledge of every element in construction and energy proved to be incredibly valuable. His suggestions and recommendations were always spot on! The whole conversion was completed in the shortest span without any delays. I would strongly recommend Klisman construction for any building projects you are planning

Entrusting one's hard earned savings to a building contractor is an endeavour fraught with anxiety and fear. Much of that anxiety started to dissipate the very first time I met Klis. Unassuming, professional, and approachable - he was easy to engage on what we wanted for our project (a somewhat unconventional loft conversion where we were looking to move our living accommodation to the loft), and answered my questions thoroughly, and with a sense of quiet confidence. His quote, although by no means the cheapest, was certainly not the most expensive (and by quite some margin). But it wasn't until the work was underway did I realise what good value for money it was. Klis and his team are a ridiculously hardworking bunch, but it really is their friendly demeanour, professionalism, and attention to detail that really are their standout features. They have diligently worked to see this project to a finish, and done it with a high attention to detail. At some point, we had some issues with the darned Land Registry which put the project at risk, but Klis was so supportive and understanding through it - working with us to find a sensible way forward. I have also been a rather demanding client (3 years of advance planning did mean I had very specific requirements!), and this team has delivered well to the brief. As in any large project, there have been moments of miscommunication etc - but frankly, the litmus test always is how an issue gets resolved, and that has been this firm's - and Klis' - strongest suit. I set out to find a building company, and ended up with some new friends and a swanky new pad. What's not to like!?! Recommend highly.

Klisman and his team worked on our single-storey rear extension, with installation of a new WC and utility room, and new kitchen fitting. We're so pleased with the result! Throughout the process, Klisman was communicative, efficient, tidy, and helpful. He answered all of our questions and shared his experience with us at all points. He gave suggestions and explained his opinions when we came across questions and choices which we didn't know how to address, without being overbearing or forcing any decisions upon us. He supported us through the times when things went wrong with other third-party vendors and always found a solution. He planned ahead brilliantly and he always gave lots of notice for when things needed to be on site. He was incredibly transparent about the process throughout, which was really helpful. The work has been done to a high quality and there were no delays. He and his team were incredibly hard-working, and also really friendly, trustworthy, polite, patient and flexible (which was really important as we had a young child running around). When we decided to do this work and started looking for builders, we were apprehensive, but Klisman and his team made the whole process so positive for us. We have no hesitation recommending him to everyone, and have already done so.

Highly recommend Klismann and his team. Great attention to detail and workmanship. Klismann is refreshingly calm, open and honest and makes great suggestions for how things can be done better. Also takes the trouble to clean up at the end of a project. I was so impressed I hired him again for a another project. thank you.

Klisman and his guys converted my loft and extended the back of my house. It’s been one year since and the quality and stability remain great. I have now got a great house for my family and a friend for life for the price of one!
