We received a great service from the team at Kew Gas. Karima was very helpful and friendly throughout and and our clients felt very reassured by their experienced engineers, Tariq and Yassin. The service was consistent and reliable both for an emergency call-out service as well as a pre-booked service and we look forward to using them again across our property portfolio at Chesham Property London.

Kew Gas provided excellent service, can't recommend Yassin enough. He did a complete replacement of boiler, motorised valves, expansion tank, et al. He identified numerous issues with the prior installation. Honest, fair pricing, reliable. Would not call any other gas heating engineer.

Yassin replaced our old Vaillant boiler incredibly quickly and professionally. It was a challenging job, but he completed it in just one day; while other companies quoted 2-3 days and said they’d need to tear apart our kitchen. Yassin was thorough, detail-oriented, and found a clever solution that minimised disruption and avoided breaking anything. Highly recommend Yassin for his expertise, efficiency, and thoughtful approach!

Absolutely superb service by Tariq! What an absolute gentleman and total professional. He really knows his onions! He wasn't at all challenged by my nearly 20 year old megaflo and its issues. It's been running beautifully, without any faults whatsoever, since his visit to my home two months ago. We wanted a second opinion for a leak in our unvented hot water system. Another company advised us that a full system replacement is required and quoted more than double the typical cost. Tariq attended promptly and identified the issue quickly and accurately. He recharged the expansion vessel and confirmed that no parts needed replacing.
