Jake has fantastic service. My boiler had a broken fan and I had been duped into paying 50% deposit for a whole new boiler by an emergency company that promised replacement in 24 hours. By 2.00pm the next day they admitted they hadn't even sourced the boiler, but said they could fit one 3 days later!! I rang Jake immediately. He requested a photo of the fan and boiler. At 3.00 pm he confirmed his engineer would be with me at 4.00 pm. His engineer arrived at 3.50 with the new fan and my 20 year old boiler was up and running half an hour later. Jake was totally transparent on the cost of the parts and labour and the best part was that his bill was a tenth of what the other company wanted to charge me for a new boiler! 11 out of 10 for service!!

Jake was recommended go me; he and his team have been responsive. He attended at the 2nd floor property with 3 bathrooms waste flow blockages. He cleared each blockage sequentially, and advised further action should the problem recur. Service fee is per hour and invoicing via Stripe was straightforward.
