A very capable and trustworthy gas engineer. Our boiler broke down in the middle of the recent cold snap. Colin (Kaloyan) was recommended by another gas engineer we knew and he was at our property within the hour. He methodically tried to find a solution and explained all steps of the process. When it was clear we needed a new boiler, he fitted it 48 hours later and was thorough in his debrief to us of how to get the best out of the system. In addition to the work on the boiler he balanced the radiators for us too. I would highly recommend K-Tech Heating.

Kaloyan arrived promptly and spent the entire day working solidly, installing our new boiler and thermostat system. Due to piping issues that he was confronted with, he had to come back the following day for a couple of hours, but did a 10-hour day on the first day to ensure we still had hot water and central heating that night. He is exceptionally diligent and conscientious. Kaloyan is a fount of plumbing knowledge and was recommended by a friend of ours with good reason. We will continue to use Kaloyan in the future, he really knows his stuff.

great work. Kaloyan clearly knows what he is doing and worked late into the evening to make sure my heating worked. He even popped back a couple of days later when I was having an issue with the Hive software - even though it had nothing to do with him.
