JW Construction & Civil Engineering Ltd

We recently completed a home renovation in South London with JW Construction and had a really positive experience. The project included a small extension, installation of a downstairs bathroom, a garage conversion, full plastering throughout and interior decoration. All the structural work for the extension, including the foundations and brickwork, was carried out to a very high standard and it’s clear the team really know their craft. The whole job was completed professionally, on time and in a very cost effective way. Communication was excellent throughout and the team were always friendly and easy to deal with. What really stood out was how they helped us out of a difficult situation. Our original builders dissolved their business part way through the project which left us in a real mess. JW Construction stepped in, took over the works and managed to get everything completed in a timely way while keeping the project on budget. Overall we are very pleased with the result and would happily recommend them. We will very likely be using the team again for phase two of our renovation, which will include outdoor patio works.

Ashlee and his team did a great job on our ground floor extension. His team were always polite and on time and communicated throughout the project. He was able to connect us with the relevant tradespeople to ensure it was finished to a high standard.

Ashlee and the team and hard working and get a great job done. They came in to finish off my groundworks and did a wonderful job. Responsive to feedback and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Ground Floor Extension - Ashlee and his team were fantastic, great attention detail and very diligent. All aspects of our project were well executed, always thought through and if there were any issues Ashlee and his team offered great ideas making these hurdles easy to overcome. Any additions or changes to the work were quick and easy to agree. We would certainly be getting Ashlee and his team back for more work in the future.

I haven't used Ashlee for any construction work yet but I got in touch for some advice and a quote for some structural movement on a property I was looking at buying. Ashlee was very helpful and prompt with coming back to me. The advice and the quote felt honest.
