IFA Construction LTD

I’m Sarah and I had my loft converted by IFA Construction Ltd just before Christmas 2024. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. My architect originally suggested another builder, but my friend Luise highly recommended AJ after seeing his work and even speaking to one of his clients. I’m so glad I went with AJ and his team. From start to finish, they were efficient, professional, and incredibly detailed. AJ has an amazing eye for perfection — his attention to detail genuinely impressed me and made a big difference to the final result. The team worked unbelievably fast without compromising quality and even finished the project two weeks early, which was a huge help right before Christmas. The loft looks fantastic, and the craftsmanship really shows. I’m adding photos because their work truly deserves to be seen. I highly recommend AJ and IFA Construction Ltd to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and a builder you can genuinely trust.

I would highly recommend AJ and his team who go above and beyond in ensuring their work is of the highest quality. The attention to detail that went into the painting of the walls, ceiling and cornicing of my living room was excellent, and it has transformed the space. They went the extra mile in ensuring that the repointing of the brickwork in my fireplace was done to a very high standard. AJ and his team are professional, detailed and true craftsmen, and they worked diligently and efficiently to ensure the work could be done before Christmas. They gave excellent advice and helpful ideas on how to make the most out of my space and cost-effective improvements that can add value to my flat. I’m delighted with the work they’ve done and look forward to getting more work done by AJ and his team later in the year!

IFA and the team did an amazing job on our project. They completed an extension and a full refurbishment, stripping the entire house back and rebuilding it from scratch. They worked seamlessly with both the architect and the interior designer, and we were extremely pleased with the whole process. A special mention goes to AJ, the director — he was present throughout, always supportive, and made sure everything was delivered before the promised timeframe. The house looks as fresh as if it were finished today. Highly recommended!

Our 4 bedroom flat needed a complete refresh. This included replumbing, rewiring and replastering. Aj and the team finished before the discussed deadline, while making the flat look absolutely amazing. The team was very mindful about keeping the place neat. Most of all, Aj always made sure that we understood all the aspects of the process and we felt safe in our choices. We couldn’t recommend this company more!

AJ and his team recently completed our kitchen wraparound extension in W3. The team worked very hard on our complicated architect-designed build and were flexible and considerate, enabling us continue living on site during the work. They were communicative and exceedingly responsive to any questions, queries or requests. They were reliable, always doing what they said they would on time. They worked well with other speciality contractors we had on site. They also took great care to clean, tidy and secure the site at the end of each day. The team has achieved a high-quality finish and we are incredibly happy with the outcome of the project - delighted with our new space.
