Hot Flame Ltd

Hot Flame, or Ricky, do an amazing job. Ricky is always very helpful and keen to find the best low-cost solution when it comes to fixing my heating, boiler or other plumbing issues. Would definitely recommend them for their reliability, quality of work, and easy communications.

Ricky has done work for me on a few occasions now. He’s very reliable, which is hard to find nowadays and his work is excellent. He’s very friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend him.

Came to initially assess same day . Fitted new boiler - was meant to take a day buys some issues arose and took a couple more - didn’t charge for the extra time (and fixed a couple of leaky radiators) . Have used many times before - honest and hard working.

Ricky has been my plumber for many years due to a friends recommendation. He has never let me down, I use him every year for a service and also call out when I have an emergency of no hot water or heating. He is friendly, efficient, prompt and always fixed my problems. I am very grateful. Thank you. Ana.

Great value for money. Extremely reliable and responsive. And very high quality work; I’ve used other plumbing services where revisits were often required but that hasn’t happened with Hot Flame yet. This also holds true for tiling (which he doesn’t advertise but does really well). Ricky also handles my hovering and querying with patience. I highly recommend this service.
