This was actually first major project they have handled for me, and another project after few months, their work was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, the communication with Simon was fantastic. He kept me well-informed at every stage of the process, ensuring there were no surprises and that I understood exactly what was happening. This level of transparency and professionalism is so rare to find. The team itself is a credit to the company. They handled both of my projects with incredible skill, precision, and attention to detail. They were clearly true experts, especially in navigating the complexities of the new flue installation. Not only did they stay perfectly on schedule, but they also left the work area completely spotless—a thoughtful touch that is greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a boiler service company in London that combines expert craftsmanship with outstanding customer service, look no further than Heat Knights. They are reliable, professional, and truly deliver a five-star experience. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

They did the job well enough, easy to get hold of etc but it was expensive. Really this is based mainly on the £149 an hour call out rate which can quickly add up to a hefty bill. They don’t give you any warning that the price is likely to be significant so make sure you ask for a quote.

I’ve had the pleasure of two recent visits from Heat Knights, a boiler fault which was a real puzzle, followed by a long overdue service. Watching Simon investigate the problem was impressive and reassuring, obviously a very experienced engineer. Both visits were carried out at the scheduled time and completed promptly. Good value for excellent service.
