Paul is great and did a fantastic job installing my boiler a few years ago, organising scaffolding when the team needed to access the flue (of my 2nd floor flat). He now comes around every year to do my boiler service, including last week (no problems so far!). He’s also really nice and respectful, which I appreciate as a woman living on my own. Could not recommend enough!
