Geo was excellent to work with coming up with a design for our kitchen extension and getting planning permission approved. Geo always took the time to answer my many questions and did a great job at presenting us with ideas we hadn't thought of, as well as taking on board our requests. He patiently spent time with us going back and forth on some of the design choices to make sure we made the right decision which we were really grateful for. Highly recommend.

I greatly valued Geo’s enthusiasm, together with his creative yet pragmatic approach and meticulous attention to detail. He possesses substantial experience in the types of projects we required and, from the very beginning, established clear and realistic expectations around timeline and costs. Geo provided two carefully considered design options and demonstrated a high level of flexibility in accommodating numerous subsequent revisions, including several significant changes. We were very satisfied with the resulting design. In addition, he took a proactive role in reviewing and, where appropriate, challenging certain decisions made by the structural engineers, with the objective of reducing overall project costs. Although Happy Building’s services are not among the least expensive, the quality of work and the value delivered justify the investment.
