Hackney PNH

Had such a lovely experience with Hackney PNH. I arrived home one evening to find my boiler shut-off and Melissa kindly prioritised an appointment for me the very next morning. Embarrassingly, this was a really simple fuse switch issue and they were generous enough not to charge. They will be my first port of call for any heating & plumbing needs in future. Highly recommended - thank you to the team for your wonderful customer service both on the phone and in person, truly appreciated.

Kyle and his brothers done a great job both times we had them over: they installed our new radiators, and sorted some new piping for the washing machione and dishwasher, serviced the boiler.. always friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend :)

Simply the best! :) I’ve had the most impressive service from the team consistently over the last 3 years, from full boiler replacement & install, to radiator replacements, to gas leaks/ safety check call outs. Every time they are so fast, friendly & fair- going out of their way to help & genuinely care. The team are great vibes, very honest + helpful, never pushy & explain everything in a way that is simple to understand. Can be overwhelming to find a trust worthy & reliable plumbing + heating business when you have little first hand knowledge of these services, these guys are just that! Have recommended to all friends & will continue to do so- thanks so much Melissa for always having a speedy solution & Jermaine for rocking up with a smile on your face (despite the 5 flights of stairs!) always professional + the commitment to quality.

Jermaine was great at sorting out our washing machine, all organised perfectly by Melissa. He was quick to fix the problem and was able to help with any questions we had. Highly recommended within our family, would 100% call Hackney PNH again! Thanks to the team :)

Kyle and the Hackney PNH team have helped me massively over the past 5 years with my old Victorian plumbing and dodgy boiler system. They’re always very quick to respond, offer advice and send someone when needed in an emergency. It genuinely feels like they have my best interests at heart. For example, I’ve had occasions where they have guided me to use the boiler company instead if they think it would be more cost effective, or have helped me to fix something myself over the phone. I never feel like they’re trying to “rinse” or “fleece” me as a customer. To top it off, they’re super friendly and easy to work with. I really can’t recommend them enough!
