Glow Maintenance

Nigel & his team have consistently been helpful, reliable & prompt over several years now. I can highly recommend them. If there have been any issues with a gas appliance, suggestions of how these can be resolved practically & economically have been immediately forthcoming. For instance, we had a problem with a gas hob recently & Nigel suggested I might be better off replacing it with an induction hob. This would not be in Glow Maintenance Ltd’s financial interest in any way, as they would not have been involved with that work but it was a practical & sensible suggestion which served US well!

The guys at Glow are always very reliable. They give a no-nonsense report of the problem and usually give a couple of solutions - all with clear indications of budgets for each option. I would highly recommend Glow as you can be assured the work will be done well. Its hard to find a company to trust these days but Glow are 100% reliable.

The service we received was absolutely outstanding! My initial email was answered promptly, and an appointment was scheduled straightaway. The engineer arrived early, was friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. Not only was the main problem quickly identified and fixed, but two additional issues that had been there since installation were also diagnosed and corrected. The boiler is now working perfectly, and I’ve been shown exactly how to adjust the settings myself. Thank you for such exceptional service — you truly exceeded all my expectations. I cannot recommend Glow Maintenance highly enough!
