Fineva Construction ltd

We did a bathroom renovation with Fineva. Peter and his team were all extremely professional, working within our timelines (set by the impending birth of our first baby!) and produced a fantastic job on time. Peter and Adam both had huge attention to detail and helped us to make lots of tricky decisions with expert advice, but without being overbearing. The quality of the work is fantastic and there were no surprise or hidden costs thanks to Peter’s excellent project management and integrity. We would 100% use Fineva again in the future, and will recommend them to all of our friends!

Pete and his team built a kitchen extension and side return for us in our five bedroom Victorian house in Beckenham a couple of years ago. I cannot recommend them highly enough. All work was carried out to budget and on schedule. The quality of the work was first class, and the guys doing the work were considerate and efficient. The variations that we asked for during the build were happily agreed to. If we ever need to do building work again, I would have no hesitation in asking Pete to do it.

Fineva came highly recommended by a number of friends in our area, and we are so glad that we chose them for our renovation project. They have a really great team, who have been a pleasure to be around and are all very skilled at what they do. The communication and planning has been excellent throughout, which meant that the project finished on time and on budget. They were always on top of the detail in the project, and it felt like a real partnership, solving any design choices that came up along the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fineva have always given us an excellent level of finish, service and care. We would recommend them highly.

I was introduced to Peter from Fineva Construction via building control after a builder commissioned to undertake a rear extension on my property proved to be very unreliable leaving me with an unfinished build. Peter took the stress out of what was a very worrying situation for me, immediately instructing a structural engineer and liaising with building control and other professionals to solve and rectify issues left by the original builder and completing the unfinished works. All the personnel from Fineva were highly professional and courteous. It has been a pleasure working with Peter and his team. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
