Very helpful and quick service. Diagnosed problem with boiler in a few minutes, David had to get the part the next day as it wasn't a common part needed and came to fit it as soon as he could following day, Very transparent with cost of fan and Very fair price for labour. He was extremely helpful when I mentioned my radiators in loft were not getting hot he bled then for me just to be kind. Very happy with service and would 100% recommend.

I had a leak that damaged both valve actuators controlling the central heating and hot water on a very old central heating system. David was fantastic. After explaining the issue, he was able to come on the same day in the evening. No nonsense. Knew his stuff and got straight on with the job; drained the system down and replaced both valves before refilling and balancing the system again. There was even an unexpected problem with a busted drain valve, but he fixed that pronto also. Nice guy and a very reasonable price. No BS! Would highly recommend.

Messaged David at 11:06, Got the reasonable quote for him to come on the same day and investigate/ fix at 11:09. Arrived at 11:40, found the fault to my gas boiler that 3 previous “gas engineers” who said I needed a “new boiler” and completed job before 12:15. If you are looking for a friendly, professional and competent gas engineer in havering, look no further. Will be using his services from now on 🙏🏽

David was excellent from initial phone call to the job being completed. boiler had stopped working and showing an error code, he came round the very next day, diagnosed the problem, he changed the pump strait away, explained the problem and why it had become blocked and why it failed. The water system required a chemical flush and clean, I was at work whilst David completed the flush, he kept in constant contact and sent me videos via WhatsApp to show his progress and how bad the system was. David is knowledgeable, professional, priced well, accepts card and emails receipts, 5 Star service
