ELIO CONSTRUCTION

Dritan does it again! We'd previously hired Dritan to do some electrical work on our flat. This time it was to for some repair, plastering, replacement of a window architrave, and painting. Dritan's work is top, top quality and he and the team are great guys - quick, efficient, and very respectful of our property. Dritan goes above and beyond and this shows in the quality of his work. We'll definitely be using him again - if you're reading this, you should too!

Ellio construction are Honest, professional and communicative very well. They did my flat roof and it was top quality work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind the work will be done properly

We could not be more happy with the work carried out by Elio Construction. Not only did they do an excellent job in replacing a damp wall, they took their time explaining all the steps, root causes, and offered advise on how to prevent it from happening again, and which paint to use. On top of that, they were very careful not to leave a mess behind, and they were very polite and easy to have around. We will be using Dritan and his teams services for all further repair jobs from now on. Stongly recommended!

Elio construction did some major plumbing and flooring work at our north london home. We decided to go with Elio for three reasons: 1/ Dritan was extremely knowledgeable when discussing the work that needed to be done, picking up on some potential problems that other builders had not noticed or discussed with us 2/ He was passionate about his trade, and we could sense he takes huge pride in his work and on delivery 3/ his quote was fair. He delivered the project on time, keeping us abreast of all developments as the work was progressing, and navigating us through any unexpected problems that cropped up and needed us to take decions on the fly. All his builders were courteous, worked hard, and had great problem-solving attitudes. They were neat in their work, and respectful of our property. We have had no issues since the work was done, and we would recommend Elio Construction to anyone who needs building work done.

I highly recommend ELIO CONSTRUCTION for their exceptional craftsmanship and professional service. Their team expertly managed my home renovation, delivering top-quality work on schedule and within budget. The attention to detail, especially in kitchen and bathroom designs, was outstanding. Every step, from design to execution, was seamless, reflecting their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. ELIO's transparent pricing and efficient process made my building experience stress-free. Truly outstanding builders in London.
