After our boiler packed up on Monday 26/01/26 a British gas rep came around to give us a quote which was too expensive and said it coudn't be done for at least 2 weeks.James came around and gave us a cheaper competitive qoute and said he could fit a new one on Friday the 30/01/26. Both James and Jack worked flat-out all day to fit our new boiler. They did a fantastic job and were very clean and meticulous in their work. James was very knowledgeable and showed us all the replacement parts required. I can't recommend these guys enough for a job well done. Thanks again Mark.

We have been a customer of James Porter for many years. James’s arranged and fitted our new combi boiler when we move into our new house back in 2017. James made everything so straight forward and easy from start to finish. We have continued to use James for all our plumbing needs and wouldn’t have anyone else completing our yearly boiler service.
