I was recommended this company through a friend that had used them previously. I have to say I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail in terms of what I wanted to create for my 3 bedroom flat. These guys transformed an outdated 1930s flat into a modern fresh look with amazing finish.

Companies house: 11769375 I did my due diligence and chose Vullcan, but things went downhill. To start after a week on the job they sent me a pre-tax invoice for £3000 saying the drainage system was more complicated than "standard" and they were allowed to revise prices. So began the process of them trying to get around contract items and look for every way possible to charge extra fees which i can’t go through in the word limit here and when that didn't work, refused to do the work. e.g. they literally installed a tempered glass sheet, with liquid glue on my roof and stated to me that this was a "roof window". I had to show them buildings regulations that this was unacceptable and illegal especially when our contract said it has to be a VELUX ROOF WINDOW! Promised a 6-8 week completion, here we are 9 months later. I had now paid about 90% of the original bill and 100% of additional costs. The final payment was due after completion and a 2 week snagging period. But the demand for payments started, with threats to sue. This was laughable as they hadn't completed the job. • The roof was leaking • Electrical issues with the fuse box and multiple light /electrical points. • Outstanding items still undone. • There is no buildings controls certificate and I contacted the building company who stated they would not be able to sign off on the building work because of outstanding issues, which I wouldn’t have even known as they lied stating they HAD the certificate. I agreed to send a FULL payment to an escrow company and even additionally pay HALF of the costs to of escrow account on their behalf. Just so they can complete, fix issues for safety and provides me with building control completion certificate but they refused! Utterly shameful experience.

Incredibly professional team - I've been very satisfied. I was especially impressed by the management who were always on hand if I had questions or concerns about project timelines. Highly recommend using these guys!
