Sunny from Charter Gas Ltd has been doing my annual boiler service for years, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He’s incredibly professional, always on time, and very accommodating. Unlike many other companies, Sunny actually responds promptly to calls and messages, which makes working with him so easy and stress-free. He’s not just reliable—he’s also extremely knowledgeable and clearly an expert at what he does. It’s always a pleasure dealing with someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. A great guy and fantastic service all around!

As always, Sunny did an excellent job. This isn’t the first time he’s worked in my home, and he has never disappointed. He’s reliable, punctual, efficient, and trustworthy. He identified and fixed the issue quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Sunny from Charter Gas was super helpful, quick, responsive and in the end saved me several hundreds of pounds by being able to identify a fault with my old central heating boiler, order a replacement part and fit it, all on time and in a very courteous manner. He even came back to check that everything was working. Very happy with his service and will definitely be recommending him.
