Had a persistent leak under our sink i live in Lewisham. another plumber couldn't seem to fix. Jess sent someone out who quickly identified the problem and sorted it out efficiently. No more drips! Powerflush, replacement of pump and 3 way valve and fittings completed by engineer Ben over the course of 1 day. Ben did a very thorough job on our 13year old system. he solved issues patiently and effectively. The gunk that came out of our system was black then brown then finally clear with successive flushes over the course of 1 day. System is now purring along. The system is more responsive to controls, feels more efficient and radiators feel much warmer to the touch. Needed a new gas cooker installed after our old one finally gave up. Centrona Gas were recommended by my neighbour, and I can see why. The engineer arrived on time and was very professional throughout. He disconnected the old cooker safely, installed the new one, Explained clearly, and he left me with the certificates. I paid £150 which i thought was reasonable for an established trustworthy company compared to other quotes I received.
