Build Team

Build team has been fantastic in helping us redesign our kitchen extension. Great company! The project was well managed by Sandra, on budget and in a timely fashion. Thank you.

We’ve been working with Sandra from the build team and our builder, Petrit, over the past four months, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our side infill extension included a large 5m x 2.7m sliding door and a skylight, and everything turned out exactly as we hoped. The project was finished on schedule, and any issues that came up were handled quickly and professionally. Sandra kept us updated every step of the way and was always available — even on weekends and evenings — to make sure things ran smoothly. Highly recommend their services!

From the start my experience with Build Team was a very positive one, we have almost completed our project and that has not changed. During the construction phase I have worked very closely with Adnan who has been absolutely brilliant, very efficient, kind and extremely accommodating. He has always backed me up if needed and has done above and beyond to accommodate my requests and provide guidance. The project has moved quickly and although we still have a few bits and pieces left I am absolutely assured that we will finish soon and everything will be superb. I will certainly add photos once completed. Thank you so much, Adnan!

We've been working with build Team since March. We're doing a loft conversion and ground floor side infill. The loft works are now mostly complete and we are engaged with them to start the ground floor in the New Year. We got planning for the loft easily but got set back on the ground floor. Luckily we personally appealed this decision and was successful. It was a lot of work our end but holds up the design that was prepared by Steven and the team. We have been working with Gustavo throughout the construction phase and he has been great. Really personable and helps navigate the minefield that is construction. One thing that would improve the process is during site visits (usually happen weekly) we look at what is required in future weeks. We had it a couple of times where the builders were at a milestone (needing materials) and we had to make quick decisions to keep momentum. I would have also liked Gustavo involved in the scope of works stage, the way it works is you move from the designer (Steven), to the person that provides the schedule and then to the person you work with on site. This meant we have had to go through things a number of times and created a bit of a disconnect between the design and scope that was created. Overall good experience and would happily use again and recommend to friends.

Buildteam's assistance during the design and planning of our loft conversion was excellent. They also took care of subcontractor selection and producing a detailed schedule of works. Their subcontractors, Tony Boy Construction Ltd, then did a fantastic job of both our loft dormer extension and the refurbishments of two existing bathrooms; Hajriz kept us up to date throughout the process and his team worked efficiently. We appreciated the project management of payments, with work signed off and evidenced with photos before we were sent invoices. Noise was kept to a minimum and the contractors were respectful of our space. The quality of the finished work was high and we are pleased with the results.
