BE AWARE!! Came to my property agreed to conceal my pipes, instead he ripped out almost all my copper pipes including the ones that were concealed in the loft, took a deposit of £800 (50%) after he’s taken all the pipes without my consent (probably to scrap them as they are worth money) he then said he couldn’t fit the new pipes and would cost me a further £1750 to install. I thought he worked for a different company why had contracted him to do my boiler. He told them he’s installed the boiler when he has not, he merely placed it on the wall unconnected to anything, so they were seeking their final payment based on him saying he’s completed installation probably to be paid by them also. Also to note, asked him for a written quote for what I was paying, said he’d send, never did. His company has not filed account on companies house, his company was meant to be struck off but appears to be still active. His company is registered to a proxy address that have stopped dealing with him. THE ONLY ADVISE I GIVE IS STAY AWAY!!!!

Please DO NOT use. From start to finish nothing but incompetent work, caused several leaks and failed to rectify or admit liability. Very misleading on what we were actually getting and paying for and left the job halfway through. Failed to fit a cylinder correctly and was left unsafe and had to get someone else in to finish the work! Worst experience with a tradesman we have ever encountered . Took nearly 3 months to get finished for a 2 week job.

Have used BB on a number of occasions especially to rectify major problems from a previous plumber. Always found them very reliable and quick to respond. Neat tidy work and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Paul is always friendly and helpful over the phone and in person on a call out with great expertise. Solves any boiler issues we’ve had and just a really nice guy. We always call him first if we need some help. Would highly recommend.
