Excellent service from Jason when my boiler broke down Xmas Eve. Stepped in and got it working so we would not freeze and had hot water over Xmas. Sourced the parts required and fitted within a few days. Highly recommend and he is now my goto guy

My Ideal Logic unfortunately boiler stopped working this morning. I spoke with Jason mid morning and my boiler was literally repaired by 3 pm. To me, this is exceptional service. Jason is professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I also found his pricing to be fair. I’m really glad I found him and will definitely be using his services again. Thanks so much Jason.

Had a new boiler installed by Jason. He didn't let me down in any part of his service. Professional, friendly and a tradesman that actually respects and cares for your property. Jason is a top guy and brilliant at his job. Couldn't recommend him enough. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

I’ve had Jason complete our boiler and plinth heater replacement. He has been helpful and easily contactable through the process, is happy to accommodate different brands, has good availability and cost and ensures you know how everything works before leaving. Great guy and I would definitely recommend.

Agreed to date and time of visit to check faulty boiler. Gave Jason phone number of person waiting on site. Jason didn’t turn up or contact the person or answer his mobile. Much later, Jason sent a message he had arrived and nobody on site (!) Then after several unanswered phone calls to him… he said he had to go to collect his ill daughter from school? Regardless of whether legitimate or not it’s not a professional way to run a business or treat clients. Not recommended!
