We needed our 210L Megaflo cylinder replaced urgently, and BoilerGuru were exceptional from start to finish.Michal Jablonski visited the same day, assessed the system thoroughly, and gave us the confidence to proceed. Both Michal and Mike carried out the installation to a very high standard, reorganising the plumbing and improving the overall efficiency of the system. Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding.A special mention to Lydia in the office, who coordinated everything seamlessly and ensured all paperwork and regulatory documents were completed without delay.A reliable, skilled, and genuinely caring local company. Unfortunately Google won't let me leave 6 stars so 5 will have to do! BoilerGurus were a pleasure to deal with right from the initial call with Lydia and visit from Michal. They replaced our ancient boiler with a new one and upgraded us to a pressurised system. They are experts, they worked hard and meticulously, putting in long hours to ensure we only spent one day without hot water. The old tangle of pipes is gone, the new pipes are more direct, gone are the 90-degree turns, replaced by gradual S-bends where possible, they had the spirit level out getting everything perfect, the new pipes are a work of art! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with any boiler issues.

Great experience! I reached out to Boiler Gurus to fix issues including leaking shower, central heating, boiler service and under floor heating. I called Boilergurus to ask whether they cover our area to inspect a leak. Unfortunately, they don't but instead of ending the call, Lydia asked me about the leak and offered really useful advice. She also emailed me their informative new blog (which has not been published yet) and it explained exactly what was happening with our unvented hot water cylinder. When our local engineer fixed the leak, we were able to discuss and understand the cause of leak and the solution. Thank you so much for the advice!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Visit was booked in promptly and engineer did a fantastic job servicing our boiler (which was in a bad state due to poor quality servicing from another company). Paperwork was completed fully with detailed pictures, and sent through shortly after the visit. Affordable and excellent service - what’s not to like?
