Boiler Repair Installation and Service

Michael was recommended to us by a neighbour who uses him for both commercial and personal projects. Michael's quote was competitive, his communication was excellent and we are very happy with the works completed. The BRIS team are incredibly hard working, always arrived on time. They were very mindful of the vulnerable people in my house and did an amazing job installing my new Vaillant boiler! Mike and Aaron did a full power flush and installed the Vaillant Exclusive Green IQ. Mike explained everything to me every step of the way. I had issues with a non working radiator and they stayed longer to help fix this issue too. Definitely recommend to everyone and I will also be using again for my plumbing needs. I would also like to mention how friendly, dedicated and efficient this team are.

We had an unexpected problem and needed a whole new boiler. We had a number of companies come to quote for the work and Micheal stood out from the offset- he was honest, freindly and gave best value for the highest quality products. Micheal fitted us in quickly and carried out the work seamlessly- he stuck to the quote , no hidden costs or surprises, he was always reliable and on time and the after care is unbelievably good. The workmanship is so neat and tidy, I am more than impressed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Mike converted our heating system from a tank storage system to a combi boiler, replaced several radiators and installed additional radiators where we didn't have them before. He also upgraded our gas pipe supply to the house. From first contact, Mike was extremely professional, knowledgable and very conscientious. He came when he said he would, responded promptly and did a great job! The work was carried out to a high standard and he even tidied up after himself! An independent gas network engineer who visited our property even commented on how well the boiler was installed! Mike goes above and beyond and carries out the work like he is doing it for his own family! On one day he and his team even worked late to ensure we were not a night without hot water with our young daughter. This was despite him alerting us at the start of the job that they would need to leave the hot water off for a night. And all this provided at excellent value! I would highly recommend Mike and quite frankly wouldn't even consider asking anyone to carry out this kind of work in the future! 11/10

Mike and team installed a new boiler in a different part of the house. Not an easy job, but done very well with excellent communication. I will be recommending Mike to friends who are looking to replace their boilers. I’m also grateful that Mike kept my old boiler going through last winter!
