Engin carried out a gas safety check for us after we had moved to a new property in the area. He was very thorough when checking the boiler, meter and gas fire. He explained everything clearly so we understood any areas of risk and where we should install additional carbon monoxide alarms. Very friendly and professional I would highly recommend for any gas/boiler/heating requirements!

Engin was super helpful and knowledgeable, less than a week from contacting him to replacement of the pressure vessel and PRV. Other companies either had a 3 week waiting list or just wanted to replace the entire boiler without even looking at it! I can't recommend Boiler Bunny services enough, thanks again Engin.

Go somewhere else many of us that don’t know enough about plumbing and boiler maintenance have to put our trust in a professional we hire. Both to diagnose the problem and then to deal with it, Boiler Bunny failed on both of these. After repeatedly getting Fault codes, my central heating was limping so there was some urgency to find that professional. Engin of Boiler Bunny quickly diagnosed the problem as too high water pressure and gave me a list of parts that needed replacing and then produced a snazzy card machine and charged me a call out fee (no mention of this on his website). He came back and replaced the parts, pressure improved and no sign of fault codes, he rushed off to another job but quickly removed his trusty card machine. It was only after he left that the central heating went off, Engin response was that he thought the system would settle down but he didn’t have time to wait to see if it would. When he then said he would have to replace the motor and that would be £350, I rang another plumber. He diagnosed sludge in the system, and a blocked radiator. He put fluid in the system, came back later and drained everything, unblocked the radiator and adjusted a couple of things Engin had done that inhibited rather than repaired the system. Long story short, Engin seemed to misdiagnosed the problem and failed to solve it. Added to that when I checked prices of parts his markup was over 100% and from work done his hourly rate was in excess of £85s. My recommendation is don’t risk it, and don’t make the mistake I did.
