Beacon Lofts & Extensions

Can’t even begin to explain how impressed we were with Beacon! Project kept to time and was done with impeccable quality. Particular highlights were Alice who is incredibly organised and despite coordinating many projects at once makes you feel like you are her only customer, and Sebastian our lead builder who has an incredible work ethic as well as a real eye for detail and likes everything to be just right. Gus and Kieran who own the company are also both very personable and clearly know their work inside out. We will be back once we are ready for our next building project!

The whole team at Beacon were amazing from start to finish with our loft extension. Alice was a great project manager and was always on hand to help with any questions we had. Vasile and his team worked incredibly hard throughout the project and we were shocked how quickly they completed the job! We were a bit nervous starting the project - but it was so straightforward and as stress free as it could be! We would absolutely use Beacon again!

From the first initial meeting Beacon were absolute professionals. Our experience with them throughout has been great. The main builder Alex is without a doubt exceptional, going way above and beyond what was required. His team were very respectful of the fact we had a baby and would always let us know if it was going to be a noisy day. We really struck gold with Alex and would highly recommend him and his team. He comes with a wealth of experience and fantastic contacts for decorating, plumbing and electrics. We would definitely use Beacon and Alex again for any future projects.

Beacon had done work in our road for a few neighbours and we decided to go with them too and have no regrets with our decision. Kieran and the team at Beacon were helpful during the process and handled any questions and concerns we raised, with all of them dealt with quickly. It was a relief to have the project managed so effectively. Our builder Alex was amazing! So knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking. He basically built our loft conversion single handily. We would recommend Beacon and also Alex without hesitation.

We have just completed our second project with Beacon, the first being 7 years ago. We had no hesitation selecting them again. It was reassuring to see that senior staff were still the same and Gus was keeping a close eye on the build. Our office contact, Alice, had also worked with us on both projects, and could not be more efficient or helpful. Email questions and requests were actioned promptly (sometimes in the evenings!) and she ensured the build progressed efficiently. Our main build contractor, Vasilie, had an extremely hard working and courteous team who completed the work to a high standard. Roman the electrician completed exceptional work and had fantastic suggestions about out installation. Mustafa the plumber was efficient and accommodating of our requests. We are very happy with our extension which was completed in the proposed timeframe, and would recommend Beacon to anyone looking to extend.
