BBS1 Construction

I recently completed a new build project with this builder — a stunning 5-bedroom luxury home featuring a large basement that includes a bar, cinema room, steam room, and spa area — and I can confidently say the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the very first consultation, the team demonstrated true professionalism, deep industry knowledge, and a genuine commitment to bringing my vision to life. They carefully listened to my ideas and provided expert guidance on design, layout, and materials, ensuring every detail was perfectly aligned with both my taste and budget. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Every aspect of the house — from the elegant exterior to the luxurious interior finishes — reflects precision and high standards. The basement in particular has become the highlight of the property; the bar, cinema, and spa areas have been finished to a remarkable level, creating a beautiful and functional entertainment space that adds incredible value to the home. Throughout the build, the communication was clear and consistent. The team was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and suggest innovative solutions whenever challenges arose. They managed the project efficiently, stayed on schedule, and kept costs transparent — which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, I am beyond pleased with the result. My new home has exceeded all expectations, and I truly appreciate the builder’s dedication, professionalism, and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled builder to deliver a high-end, custom home.

I recently had BBS1 Construction to handle my BTL renovation project, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results and would gladly recommend BBS1 Construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy company for home renovation or construction work. By the way, they are more flexible towards the payment schedules :)

I had a great experience using BBS1 Construction. They done a double side and single rear extension along with a loft conversion. They also completely refurbished my existing property taking everything back to brick along with doing the garden and a new drive. I am extremely happy with the finishing and service that I received and couldn't recommend them enough. The quality of the work is done to a very high standard and no job is to big. They were always on hand to ensure any modifications that I had during the build were carried out and they would also give me recommendations as the project went along. It was a big construction as it was a complete wrap around project which was going on whilst my family and I lived in the house. The build team were caring and ensured all the work was being done in a safe and effecient way. I have recommended BBS1 Construction to many family and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you!
