I used the Analytic team for extension and exterior re-development on my property in Haslemere. The work standard is first class, and was completed on time and to budget. I found the people in the business helpful, rigorous and swift to resolve any problems. I would highly recommend them.

Loft and back extension along with complete renovation inside. Lots of problems such as tiling coming lose all over the house, electrics going faulty and other work done poorly that has required us to get other tradesmen in to fix things in the couple of years after completion. More so that you would expect for this type of work. We have also found a few things which we paid for that were not done at all, or done so badly they may as well not have been done. Such as carpentry or leaving space to slot in a water softener. 2 stars as much of the work is OK if nothing special, but not worth it for their price point and level of headaches. Can't recommend them when there are so many other building companies around.

This is the second time I have used Analytic in the last 6 years and I have to say both times my projects were completed to a very high standard. The project team clearly cared about delivering a quality service. Communication was great from start to finish (even though I was abroad for a majority of the latest project) and the Project Manager was honest and transparent at all times. Things do change during construction projects, however, I was kept in formed and given alternative options with enough time to properly consider them to make a decision. Top job, thank you

Analytic recently completed a full renovation of my property in West London which included a large full width extension, patio and front landscaping. The team carried out the works professionally and to a very high standard. The project manager dealt with any minor problems along the way quickly and efficiently and was instrumental in a number of positive changes to our plans which enhanced several areas of the house. I would highly recommend Analytic if you are looking for a professional building team and high spec finish.
