Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Faulty Product Dear Central Heating Croydon Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced at your Croydon branch today. I purchased six radiators, and upon opening one of the sealed boxes, I discovered rust in both side holes, and the packaging was wet. My engineer advised that this radiator should be replaced due to the rust. I immediately returned to the store to report the issue and request a replacement. However, I was shocked by the response I received. Despite showing the faulty radiator, I was told outright that it could not be exchanged, even though I had just purchased six radiators in total. This lack of support and unwillingness to address the issue was highly disappointing. I urge future customers to thoroughly inspect their items before leaving the store, as the after-sales service I experienced was extremely poor. I hope your team can improve customer service and take responsibility for faulty products.

Never knew of this amazing place for all your plumbing and central heating gear all under one roof.. Luke and Kain lovely guys were both extremely welcoming and very helpful. They gave me the advice to help me with my issue and I was on my way.. Highly recommend this place. 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory, as I was left waiting without any acknowledgment or greeting. I am relieved that this is not my local merchant.

I placed an order for several items in the shop for collection at the same time. I wrote down all the items on paper and handed it to one of the staff members to input into their system. The order was significant, including a boiler, radiators, filter, room thermostat, and valves. However, when we opened up all the items to use them, we noticed that one of the radiator was 100mm short. Despite this, they refused to replace it for me. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I have no intention of returning to this shop again.

Horrible experience! First of all, one of the guys that work hard is incredibly rude. I called at 7am during the lockdown period to ask if they're open and he rudely responded "I've picked up the phone so obviously we're open". No it's not obvious! If that had some basic knowledge, they'd know that businesses often have staff come in an hour earlier to set up the store etc. Secondly, they refused to accept return of my boiler, which was never used as my builder also bought one and we doubled up the purchase by mistake. They were gonna ask me for 10% charge to restock the boiler, which is ridiculous! I even offered to put it back myself but they weren't having it. Thankfully, there's another branch in Webley who happily accepted the return. Was a pain driving all the way up there but still better than losing £170 restocking fees. Wouldn't recommend due to the bad experience. Would rather make the trip to their or branch which actually has nice people working there.
