Fantastic service and high quality products. Davinder is warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We have kitted out two bathrooms thanks to them with no need for a previous design. They will talk you through all the options and are so knowledgeable. We had to change our shower tray and they delivered a new one to us within a day.

Poor quality material at exorbitant prices. We bought an entire bathroom suite from them in July 2021 and in less than 1 year the under sink unit, handles, flush enclosure have become rotten. When we called them to claim a replacement under warranty - first they could not find the invoice saying their software has changed. Then on further persistence they asked for photos and videos, which we gave. Now they are saying there are stagnant water drops on the unit (which is not true) and are trying to put the blame on us that the reason is damp (which is also not true). Fundamentally a bathroom cabinet is bound to be exposed to water and should not be rotting - that too in less than 1 year. Now they are trying to wash their hands off by giving us the number of their supplier. I don't care who they bought from. I bought from GM and they are responsible. Please don't buy from them, their material is sub standard and they do not honour their warranties or guarantees. Terrible, Terrible. This is a genuine review.

Great range of bathroom accessories and parts. Modern fixtures and fittings available to view in their showroom and very competitive on their pricing. For the best service speak to Manu, extremely helpful and offers great advice.

Best products and competitive price which is hard to find. No one can beat the Service and the support you get from everyone working in GM Bathrooms. Google only gives 5 start but i will give them 100 starts. My whole experience was amazing starting from speaking to them, their recommendation, product, pricing and help to deliver the goods.
