Washing Machine Repair London Authentic Appliance Repairs LTD

I have Absolutely no hesitation in providing a 5 Star Review for Owner Raphael and 17 year old Apprentice Tony’s Outstanding visit to fix my leaking Bosch Washing Machine this morning. They arrived when they said they would and in less than 3 minutes Apprentice Tony had identified the actual leaking pipe as the problem. They promptly fixed the leaking pipe and they both provided Very Warm and Friendly Customer Service. Oh, how I Wish that other Companies were as Efficient as Raphael. Well done Raphael and Tony. I recommend them Very Highly. Evan

Authentic Appliances Repairs delivers outstanding service. Their communication is clear, prompt, and professional throughout. The repair process is completely transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. I was especially impressed by their timely response and completed the job efficiently. Highly recommend them for reliable and honest appliance repair!

Recommended to me from a neighbour, Raphael is really helpful, reliable and much faster response than the washing machine manufacturers themselves. Would really recommend these guys for any repairs you need.

Excellent, friendly, transparent and efficient service. Gabriel took time to explain over the phone the service offered including the very competitive pricing. I appreciated a call from the engineer who attended the issue with the washing machine and explained to me exactly what the issue was. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. I did have texts/emails from the other tradespeople however, really preferred to speak to someone directly.

Initially recommended through a local appliances retailer, Raphael changed the fan heating unit on our electric oven. I appreciated the communication before arrival to determine the likely issue, as well as the probable cost. The service was friendly and professional. I appreciated the 3 month warranty on the new part, as well as the follow up text message to check that everything was working as expected. I will definitely hang on to Raphael’s number and have already recommended him to some friends and contacts.
