Vortex appliance repair

Called Austen to help fix our bosch dishwasher a couple of years ago. Efficient and has worked well since. Gave helpful tips to keep it in good working order. Called him back the other week as my miele washing machine had issues. No repair needed but gave advice on cleaning and loading. Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Hoping his help has extended my 20 year old washing machine for another 20! Works definitely recommend

The engineer was very helpful and efficient. His advice was to the point and useful. I would definitely recommend using his services again.

Local and handy. Engineer was pleasant and professional, followed through with the order of the part that was needed for my washing machine repair.

Rad at Vortex did an amazing job on fixing our Miele dishwasher. He went above and beyond. Rad had it sorted within the hour. Also very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend to all.

I had a frustrating experience with a technician sent by this company. Although he partially identified the issue, water not draining from the dishwasher, he failed to properly resolve it. He made only a partial attempt to drain the water, and the machine still wouldn’t start until I had to manually pull it out and fully drain it myself. The technician also came poorly prepared, lacking some basic equipment that would have helped complete the job more cleanly and effectively. It felt like the job was handled without the level of care or professionalism I would expect. Disappointing service overall.
