I had a serious issue with my refrigerator not cooling properly, and I was worried I’d need to replace it. H&D Repair Appliance came the same day I called and quickly identified a faulty compressor component. The technician explained everything clearly and repaired it on the spot. My fridge has been running perfectly ever since. Honest pricing, excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable staff. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Booked appointment online last night, got messaged within an hour and appointment booked for 9-11 this morning, Amir arrived on time and I now have a working washing machine and it’s only 11.24h! Fantastic service! Will definitely be using them in the future.

Called today to remove a bra wire from my washing machine, which was making a terrible racket. Technician said it was a bearing issue and not a bra wire making the noise. Told me to just run the machine till it dies, because a repair would be too costly. I wasn’t so sure, so after much fiddling… Lo and behold i managed to find the offending article get the wire out myself. £100 for nothing. Just what ya need after Christmas. I’d have been happy if he had actually managed to get the wire out, but it seems he just took the back off the washer and put it back together..
