Repair Masters

I appreciated the speed and communication - the visit was arranged the same day. That said, the engineer spent 20 min, left cracks on the door, and didn’t really fix anything - the issue came back immediately.

Fast to respond, prompt, on time & Zhi was an absolute pleasure and superstar to have. Thank you so much for sending him and fixing our washing machine. Really really nice guy and very talented. I would genuinely recommend these guys if you need anything fixed!

I rang Repair Masters in the morning and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they would send an engineer out that afternoon. I was given the contact details of the engineer who communicated with me to update when to expect him. So true to his word , the engineer arrived and proceeded to identify and fix the problem with the oven door on my Smeg range cooker . It was an awkward hinge but he completed it very skilfully and efficiently . He replaced the light and checked everything . He explained what he was doing and was very polite .

I had an issue with my washing machine and I got it fixed in about 2h. James was able to give me a quote on the phone straight away and Zhi (the engineer) fixed it quickly. Clear and fast communication, reasonable prices, friendly service. Highly recommended.

My washing machine door wouldn’t open. I posted the job on a Sunday morning. James from repair masters got in touch speedily. I contacted the engineer Zhi who promptly arrived later that afternoon. The repair was done thoroughly. efficiently with excellent communication and competitively priced.I am more than happy to recommend repair masters!
