Excellent customer service in fixing my Hoover washing machine in no time!

Casey was super helpful and friendly during his visit, such a polite gent. He was able to get my Miele oven back heating again!

Really liked the booking process from start to finish and engineer was knowledgeable. Didn't have to wait for a 2nd visit as part was with him so got dishwasher fixed within the hour

Absolutely would not use this service again. They came out to assess our dishwasher, we were told that this was an issue that could not easily be fixed and that it was more cost effective to buy a new machine. When we asked them to provide a report, they refused to provide either the written report or the engineers registration number so we were unable to claim from the original retailer. The enigineer that came around was nice enough but given that we had paid £84 and they had spent less than 5 minutes assessing the machine, I think this is a very poor service. Having read other reviews, this seems to be a trend and the 'service' seems to be a scam.

I am pleased with the services done today. The engineer arrived on time and fixed my fridge. He even repaired hinges (which I hadn’t noticed were at fault) and advised me about defrosting the freezer as well as what setting to use for freezing. Recommedable for any reliable and dependable company.
