Worst company ever , unprofessional, non experienced engineers, rude, late and can't keep to appointments. Ali forced me to do a positive review on Google so he gets bonus from his boss , didn't do anything to rectify the machine kept calling and text me to put the positive reviews up. Rubbish company don't trust them .

Do not waste your time with this company. Part was ordered in December. Have had 4 appointments cancelled over 2 months. On the final appointment, mid Feb, was called 1 hour before apt to be told the part was no longer available. The part that i paid for and was apparently ordered in December. Manager, feel free to check all records as this is 100 % accurate and call me to confirm my full refund as you can not fix my dishwasher. Never experienced anything like this.

4 failed appointments 😪 Engineer did diagnosis over d phone and later attended my premises once after a 3weeks wait for parts ordered to arrive, they claimed. Engineer said part ordered was wrong and not compatible with my machine. He promised to re order the correct part and get my dishwasher fixed the following week. The entire process since I settled invoice of £170 plus is over a month and this company has refused to refund my money. Looking to file with small claims court for a full refund and all the mental stress they have caused me. Avoid using them at all cost!

Ali was very efficient. He helps me sorting out the problem I had with my washing machine. Service was very professionnal, on time, and responsive. I highly recommend NCA repair appliance engineer and if you can, ask for Ali.

We had a problem with our washing machine, we have very young children so needed this fixed immediately!! MBAR services was so quick to respond, understood my situation and sent an engineer out straight away, the service over the phone was brilliant, she was very friendly, polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process! Parts were ordered and the job was completed! Thank you for your amazing service!
