Avoid! You should make sure you have parts for a repair before you pick up a job. No good taking £150 and saying cant find the parts i already knew what the problem was i just had you confirm it and pay £150 on top and for you guys to say you cant find the parts needed for repair :/

Absolute bunch of amateurs. Two 'technicians' turned up in a clapped out Honda on a request to fix a freezer, from experience showing low refrigerant level and cooling to minus 12c. They had no specialist tools, no refrigerant, just a bag of basic tools. Both spent ten minutes Googling on their mobile phones and talking in their own foreign language before quoting £240 to replace the compressor (which was running satisfactorily). Regretted paying the £85 call out fee. I wanted to pay by bank card but they did not have a bona-fide card reader, just a mobile phone app to take payment which on progress so far I was not happy with in so far as security. Had to pay cash (no receipt, no company invoice) just glad to see the back of these incompetent layabouts and on them leaving compressor now does not start at all so had to scrap the appliance. Also had to pump-up their flat tyre to get them away from blocking my driveway. Called the manager to follow up but he refused to take any notice of concerns. In touch with trading standards. Positive reviews seem to come from the engineers' own community so assume to be fake. Checked companies house records that show a flat in Chigwell as registered office. Strangely in that the manager had to cut short the telephone conversation I was having as ne was taking a delivery into the warehouse. In the meantime, still awaiting and welcoming any further response from management. AVOID!!! Update. Received reply from company. Basically a bunch of defensive BS regarding customer satisfaction and stating the appliance is 19 years older than actual manufactured date. No change from original feedback. On basis of response and acknowledgement of call out in absence of other evidence (receipt), preparing county court proceedings to reclaim payment.
